Finance Connect is delighted to welcome Crediflow AI as its latest associate member, adding further expertise in artificial intelligence and commercial lending technology to the growing Finance Connect community.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Manchester, Crediflow AI is building AI infrastructure specifically for commercial lending. Its platform is designed to turn complex borrower documents and fragmented financial data into structured, decision-ready credit intelligence, helping lenders assess risk faster, increase underwriting capacity and accelerate deal flow.
The platform brings together different stages of the commercial credit process within a connected workflow, including document collection, financial spreading and analysis, due diligence, credit memo preparation and ongoing portfolio risk monitoring. It processes information from sources including financial statements, pdf bank statements, management information, spreadsheets and accounting systems.
Crediflow AI supports commercial banks, asset and equipment finance providers, captive finance businesses, inventory and working capital lenders, private credit funds and other commercial finance providers. Its technology can be accessed through a secure web application or integrated with lenders’ existing systems through APIs.
As a Finance Connect associate member, Crediflow AI will have the opportunity to contribute its perspective on AI, underwriting, credit risk and technology to discussions across the specialist finance community, while building relationships with lenders and other industry stakeholders.
Edward Peck, Founder and CEO of Finance Connect, said: “We are delighted to welcome Crediflow AI as an associate member of Finance Connect.
“The practical application of AI across underwriting and credit decisioning is becoming an increasingly important conversation for specialist lenders, particularly as they look to increase efficiency and capacity without compromising the quality of their decisions.
“Drey brings extensive first-hand experience of commercial lending alongside a clear understanding of the challenges facing credit teams, and we look forward to Crediflow sharing that expertise and contributing to discussions across our community.”
Drey Kenfack, Founder and CEO of Crediflow AI, said: “Commercial lenders do not need another disconnected AI tool.
“They need an infrastructure that brings the entire credit process together – from the moment an opportunity is received through underwriting, approval and ongoing portfolio risk monitoring.
“We built Crediflow around the work credit teams actually do and the decisions they are accountable for. Joining Finance Connect gives us an opportunity to learn from other members, contribute our experience and build meaningful relationships with the lenders and finance professionals shaping the future of the industry.”
Drey Kenfack founded Crediflow AI after more than a decade working across commercial lending and private credit, including senior credit roles at Ford Credit Bank, DF Capital Bank and Advance Global Capital. His experience of the reliance on spreadsheets, PDFs, emails and repetitive manual processes within commercial credit helped shape the development of the platform.
Rather than seeking to replace credit professionals, Crediflow is designed to support human credit judgement by making the information behind lending decisions easier to collect, analyse and explain. Lenders can configure workflows around their own products, credit policies, approval authorities and existing processes, retaining human oversight and accountability.
Crediflow AI’s addition to Finance Connect’s associate membership further strengthens the community’s technology expertise as AI moves from experimentation towards practical applications across the specialist finance lifecycle.
