Credit decisioning

Take a credit file from analysis to an approved decision

Crediflow turns completed credit analysis into a memo in your own template and routes it for approval, so the decision step stops being a document-assembly exercise. It runs alongside the loan origination system you already use rather than replacing it.

What it does

One-click credit memo generation

The analysis already produced, assembled into a memo rather than re-keyed into a template by an analyst.

Your branding and templates

Memos come out in the format your credit committee already reads, not in a vendor's house layout.

Built-in approval routing

The memo moves through the approval path your credit policy defines, with the trail attached to it.

Explainable, consistent scoring

The risk view behind the decision is reproducible and can be shown to a committee or an examiner.

Where it fits

Crediflow is not the system of record for a loan. It integrates by API alongside an existing loan origination system, which continues to own the workflow, the servicing and the record. What Crediflow replaces is the manual work between a finished analysis and a decision a committee can sign.

What this is not

  • Not a loan origination system, and not a replacement for one
  • Not an automated decision engine that approves or declines without a credit officer
  • Not a core banking or servicing platform
  • Not a pricing engine: Crediflow does not price a facility

Frequently asked questions

What is credit decisioning software?

Credit decisioning software covers the step between finished credit analysis and an approved loan: assembling the credit memo, applying credit policy, and routing the file for approval. Some products also score or auto-decide applications; others, Crediflow included, produce the memo and the approval trail while a credit officer makes the call.

Does Crediflow approve or decline loans automatically?

No. Crediflow produces the analysis, the scoring behind it and the memo, and routes the file through your approval path. The decision stays with a credit officer or committee. Platforms that auto-decide at volume are a different category, generally aimed at smaller-ticket lending where the decision is scoreable.

Does it replace our loan origination system?

No. Crediflow integrates via API alongside an existing LOS, which keeps the workflow and the system of record. That is usually the point: a credit team can change how analysis and memos get done without a core systems project.

How is this different from a credit memo template?

A template is a blank document someone fills in. Crediflow generates the memo from the analysis it has already performed, in your template, with the figures, workings and source documents attached, then routes it for approval.
