Crediflow AI launches Flow Credit Memo to cut manual preparation of commercial credit papers
The new product turns borrower information and financial analysis into credit memos in lenders’ own templates, with supporting tables, charts and source traceability.
London, UK — 08th October 2026 - Crediflow AI today launched Flow Credit Memo, a product that automates the drafting and formatting of commercial credit papers using each lender’s existing institutional template.
Flow Credit Memo brings financial analysis, borrower documentation, tables and charts into a formatted credit paper for analyst review. It addresses a time-consuming stage of underwriting: turning completed analysis into the document required by the lender’s reviewers and credit committee.
Credit teams often assemble these papers manually, transferring findings between systems and Word documents, rebuilding tables and checking figures against source records. AI-generated summaries can help with drafting, but analysts still have to fit the content into their institution’s required format.
Flow Credit Memo allows lenders to upload their existing Word template and use it as the foundation for memo preparation. The product follows the template’s section structure, styling, branding and approval blocks, helping institutions automate document preparation within their established credit processes.
“Credit teams don’t just need a credit review or financial analysis of the borrower. They need a paper that follows their institution’s requirements, with the analysis, supporting figures and evidence in the right places,” said Drey Kenfack, Founder and CEO of Crediflow AI. “Too much analyst time goes into assembling that document. Flow Credit Memo brings the information into the lender’s own template, giving analysts more time to challenge assumptions, investigate risks and form their recommendation.”
From borrower information to a reviewable custom credit paper
Flow Credit Memo connects with Crediflow’s borrower workspace to draw on financial spreads, bank statement analysis, borrower risks, disclosures and financial ratios. It drafts analytical sections and populates the lender’s template with supporting financial tables and charts.
The product also helps analysts complete and check the paper:
- Source traceability: financial figures and ratios can be checked against the underlying borrower records.
- Targeted information requests: missing disclosures or credit details are flagged through specific questions, reducing repeated data entry.
- In-platform review: analysts can edit the memo and refine the analysis before export.
- Word and PDF output: completed drafts can be exported for the lender’s existing review and approval process.
Analysts review and validate each memo before submitting it through their institution’s approval process.
Connecting analysis with credit paper preparation
Flow Credit Memo works alongside FlowSpread and Flow Bank Statement, bringing financial spreading, bank statement analysis and credit memo preparation into a connected workflow.
For commercial banks, asset finance providers, structured finance lenders and private credit funds, the product is designed to reduce repetitive document work while retaining the institution’s preferred format and review requirements.
